A thin, hand-poured disc of milk chocolate scattered with freeze-dried passion fruit. Bright and tangy against velvety milk chocolate. Snap it into shards to share, or eat it the way you would a piece of chocolate bark. The fruit is freeze-dried rather than candied, so it keeps its sharpness and its colour instead of going sticky. Best enjoyed within 10 to 12 weeks.

Storage Conditions: Keep the chocolates in a dry and cool place with temperatures between 15-18°C (59-64°F) and ideal humidity around 55-65%. Ensure the storage area is away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and strong odors.

Enjoyment Timeline: Crafted fresh without preservatives. Chocolates are best enjoyed within 6 months for optimal flavour and texture.
