Express Shipping (ATL)

  • Cost:

    • Non-members: Free for orders over $250, or $25 for orders under $250.

    • Kakawa members: Free for orders over $159, or $18.90 for orders under $159.

  • Dispatch Time: 2–3 business days. (Note: This may take longer during peak periods).

  • Delivery Time: 1–3 business days for metro areas, up to 7 business days for Western Australia, Northern Territory, Tasmania, regional, and remote destinations.


Priority Express Shipping (ATL)

  • Cost:

    • Non-members: $29.50

    • Kakawa members: $25

  • Dispatch Time: Same-day or next business day (recommended for urgent orders).

  • Delivery Time: 1–3 business days for metro areas, up to 7 business days for Western Australia, Northern Territory, Tasmania, regional, and remote destinations.


Metro Sydney Same-Day or Scheduled Shipping

  • Cost: $25

  • Dispatch & Delivery Time:

    • Orders placed before 9:00 AM (Mon–Fri): Dispatched and delivered the same day by the end of the business day (usually by 6:00 PM).

    • Orders placed after 9:00 AM: Dispatched on the next business day and delivered by the end of that day (usually by 6:00 PM).

  • Please Note: This service is for addresses within 8 km of our shop. Orders for postcodes outside this radius (listed below) will be sent via express courier for the fastest possible delivery.

Free 2-Hour Click & Collect

  • Available for in-stock products for same-day pick-up.

  • You will be notified when your order is ready (usually within 2 hours).


General Shipping Information

  • Physical Address Required: Orders require a physical address; PO boxes and parcel lockers are not accepted.

  • Dispatch Days: Orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday to avoid them sitting in courier warehouses over the weekend. Same-day courier services are exempt from this schedule.

  • Packaging: Products are carefully packed and shipped in a complimentary cooler bag with ice packs year-round.

  • Foam Box Protection: We are not responsible for melted products if a foam box is not added. Foam boxes are highly recommended during hotter months or for deliveries to WA, SA, NT, Tasmania, regional and remote areas.

  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow its journey to your door.

  • Address Accuracy: Customers must provide accurate delivery details. We do not verify addresses post-dispatch and cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

  • Delivery Responsibility: Ensure someone is available to receive your parcel. If no one is present, goods may be left in a safe area or returned to the courier depot. Re-delivery is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Delivery Partners: We partner with Go People, FedEx, and StarTrack.

  • While we work closely with our delivery partners, delays may occur due to adverse weather, peak trade, or other factors outside of our reasonable control.
