Orders placed before 9:00 AM (Mon–Fri): Dispatched and delivered the same day by the end of the business day (usually by 6:00 PM).

Physical Address Required: Orders require a physical address; PO boxes and parcel lockers are not accepted.

Dispatch Days: Orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday to avoid them sitting in courier warehouses over the weekend. Same-day courier services are exempt from this schedule.

Packaging: All chocolates are packed in an insulated cooler bag with ice packs as standard year-round.
- Temperature Protection (Foam box insulation): While all orders are packed with care, Kakawa Chocolates cannot guarantee product condition during transit, particularly in warmer weather or for deliveries to WA, SA, NT, Tasmania, and regional or remote areas. Temperature Protection(foam box insulation) is strongly recommended under these conditions. Kakawa Chocolates accepts no responsibility for any heat-related damage where this option has not been selected.

Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow its journey to your door.

Address Accuracy: Customers must provide accurate delivery details. We do not verify addresses post-dispatch and cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

Delivery Responsibility: Ensure someone is available to receive your parcel. If no one is present, goods may be left in a safe area or returned to the courier depot. Re-delivery is the customer’s responsibility.
