Standard orders are typically ready within 3 business days. Custom or branded orders require additional lead time; allow 2-3 weeks for first-time custom work. We recommend getting in touch early, especially ahead of peak seasons like Christmas and Valentine's Day.

Our products are gluten-friendly, and most of our dark chocolate selection is made without dairy ingredients. However, milk, wheat, tree nuts, peanuts and sesame are used in our kitchen, so our chocolates may contain traces of these allergens.
Yes. We're based in Darlinghurst, Sydney 5/147 William St. Monday–Friday 10am–5pm, Saturday 10am–4:30pm. Please let us know when you are visiting so we can welcome you.
Shelf life varies by product. Our fresh handmade bonbons generally have a shorter shelf life, while chocolate bars, chocolate CDs and slabs can be stored for considerably longer. We will provide the recommended shelf life and storage instructions for each product when you order.
