These Terms & Conditions govern the Kakawa Chocolates Loyalty & Rewards Program (“Program”). By joining or using the Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Definitions

Kakawa means Kakawa Chocolates Pty Ltd (ABN [32 638 951 443]) and its authorised representatives.

Member means an individual who has signed up for the Program with a valid email address.

Join Date means the date a Member first registers for the Program.

Spend Balance means the cumulative spend on valid purchases in the past 12 months (excluding discounts, refunds, gift cards, delivery fees).

Tier means the membership level assigned based on your Spend Balance (Member, Bronze, Silver, Gold).

Points means loyalty credits earned through the Program.

Rewards means discounts, shipping benefits, bonus points, or other offers made available to Members.

2. Membership Eligibility

2.1 Open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
2.2 One membership per person. Duplicate accounts may be merged or cancelled.
2.3 Kakawa may request proof of identity to verify eligibility.
2.4 Members must maintain accurate contact details in their account.
2.5 Kakawa reserves the right to modify, refuse, or terminate membership without notice.

3.1 Tier upgrades occur immediately when you meet the spend threshold.
3.2 On your Anniversary Date (12 months from your Join Date or last tier change), your tier will be reviewed and adjusted based on your Spend Balance in the past 12 months.

4. Earning Points

4.1 Points are earned on the net purchase price after all discounts and excluding shipping, gift cards, and excluded items.

5. Redeeming Points & Rewards

5.1 Points can be redeemed for discounts on Kakawa purchases as shown on our website at the time of redemption.

5.4 Rewards are applied proportionally across items in a transaction. In the event of a cancellation, only the discounted purchase amount will be refunded, not the original ticket price.

7. Offer Exclusions

9. Membership Termination & Expiry of Points/Vouchers

9.1 Upon termination of membership, any unused points will be immediately forfeited and will not be refunded in cash or any other form.
9.2 Vouchers/coupons are not redeemable for cash, and no benefits or compensation will be provided for expired or unused vouchers/coupons.

10. Program Changes & Termination

10.1 Kakawa may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
10.2 Any unused points or Rewards at termination will be forfeited.
