A chocolate money bag modeled on the traditional lucky money pouch, filled with handcrafted chocolate coins. A familiar symbol made edible, which is what makes it work as a gift for family, friends, and clients during Lunar New Year. Handmade in our Sydney kitchen in limited numbers.

Storage Conditions: Keep the chocolates in a dry and cool place with temperatures between 15-18°C (59-64°F) and ideal humidity around 55-65%. Ensure the storage area is away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and strong odors.

Enjoyment Timeline: 

Crafted fresh without preservatives. Chocolates are best enjoyed within 6 months for optimal flavour and texture.

    • Dark Chocolate: Minimum cocoa mass 66%, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifiers (sunflower lecithin, soy lecithin), natural vanilla.
    • Milk Chocolate: Minimum cocoa mass 39%, sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifiers (sunflower lecithin, soy lecithin), natural vanilla flavoring, salt.
    • Gold chocolate: Minimum cocoa 31.9%, cocoa butter, sugar, whole milk powder, sugar, whey powder (milk), skimmed milk powder; caramelised sugar, emulsifier (soy lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring, salt.
    Additional Ingredients:
    • Freeze dried mandarin, desiccated coconut, raisin, cinnamon.
