Mint crisp pieces set through our house dark chocolate. The mint is cool and clean rather than toothpaste-sharp, and the crisp gives the block a light crackle. The classic after-dinner pairing, made properly. 

Approx. 80g, poured by hand in Sydney.

Storage Conditions: Keep the chocolates in a dry and cool place with temperatures between 15-18°C (59-64°F) and ideal humidity around 55-65%. Ensure the storage area is away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and strong odours.

Enjoyment Timeline: Chocolates are best enjoyed within 6 months of purchase for optimal flavour and texture.

 

Dark Chocolate 95% (minimum cocoa mass 66%, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifiers (sunflower lecithin, soy lecithin), natural vanilla), mint essence oil, fresh mint.
