Matcha green tea blended with our white chocolate. The tea brings a grassy, slightly bitter edge that cuts the sweetness, so the block finishes clean rather than cloying. Colour comes from the matcha itself, not from anything added.

Approx. 80g, made in small batches in Sydney.

Storage Conditions: Keep the chocolates in a dry and cool place with temperatures between 15-18°C (59-64°F) and ideal humidity around 55-65%. Ensure the storage area is away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and strong odours.

Enjoyment Timeline: Chocolates are best enjoyed within 6 months of purchase for optimal flavour and texture.
