An ice cream sandwich made with rich dark chocolate ice cream with caramel-like honeycomb, pressed between two classic chocolate sablee cookies. The most intense of the six, and the one for dark chocolate drinkers. The cookies are buttery and crumbly rather than hard, so the whole thing gives way when you bite it.
