Coconut, lightly toasted and caramelised, at 10% through our milk chocolate. Toasting brings out the nuttiness, and the caramelising keeps it crisp, so you get texture in every piece rather than damp coconut shreds. Sweet but not heavy. 

Approx. 80g, made in small batches in Sydney.

Storage Conditions: Keep the chocolates in a dry and cool place with temperatures between 15-18°C (59-64°F) and ideal humidity around 55-65%. Ensure the storage area is away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and strong odours.

Enjoyment Timeline: Chocolates are best enjoyed within 6 months of purchase for optimal flavour and texture.
