A chocolate advent calendar where every door holds a chocolate we actually made: pralines, fruit jellies and festive flavours, rather than moulded filler. Made by hand in our Sydney kitchen using premium couverture. Produced in limited numbers each year and it sells out, so pre-orders open early.

Storage Conditions: Keep the chocolates in a dry and cool place with temperatures between 15-18°C (59-64°F) and ideal humidity around 55-65%. Ensure the storage area is away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and strong odors.

Enjoyment Timeline: Chocolates are best enjoyed within 3-4 weeks of purchase for optimal flavor and texture.

Types of Filling:
  • Coconut caramel and pandan ganache: white chocolate(milk), coconut cream(milk), fresh cream (milk), pandan extract, sugar, glucose, butter (milk), glucose powder, sorbitol.
  • Pineapple, ginger confit with milk chocolate ganache: fresh pineapple, cristallised ginger, fresh green apple, sugar, glucose, milk chocolate(milk), fresh cream(milk), glucose, butter, sorbitol, glucose powder.
  • Matcha ganache and rose, lychee jelly: Fresh cream(milk), butter(milk), white chocolate(milk), matcha powder, glucose, lychee puree, rose water pectin, butter, sugar, citric acid, sorbitol, glucose powder.
  • Oolong tea and vanilla ganache: milk chocolate(milk), fresh cream(milk), glucose, butter(milk), sorbitol, butterwhite chocolate(milk), glucose powder, oolong tea, white chocolate(milk), vanilla, gold chocolate(milk).
Types of Chocolate:
  • Dark Chocolate: Minimum cocoa mass 66%, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifiers (sunflower lecithin, soy lecithin), natural vanilla.
  • Milk Chocolate: Minimum cocoa mass 39%, sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifiers (sunflower lecithin, soy lecithin), natural vanilla flavoring, salt.
  • White Chocolate: Minimum cocoa36%, Sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, skim milk powder, cocoa beans, emulsifier (soy lecithin), flavoring.
  • Gold chocolate: Minimum cocoa 31.9%, cocoa butter, sugar, whole milk powder, sugar, whey powder (milk), skimmed milk powder; caramelised sugar, emulsifier (soy lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring, salt.
