Every recipe is designed by our founder and award winning chocolatier, Jin Sun Kim. Behind each door is a different handmade chocolate to taste every day as you count down to Christmas: pralines, fruit jellies and festive flavours, plus several limited creations found only in this edition. Each piece is made fresh in small batches in our Sydney kitchen, using ethically sourced chocolate with nothing artificial added. Made in limited numbers, they sell out each year.
