A hollow chocolate sphere filled with chocolate, which opens up when you pour 120ml of warm milk over it and stir. Choose your flavour: spices, brandy, chilli, caramel, hazelnut or marshmallow. Made with the same couverture we use for everything else, so what you end up with is an actual hot chocolate rather than a sweetened cocoa drink.
Storage Conditions: Keep the chocolates in a dry and cool place with temperatures between 15-18°C (59-64°F) and ideal humidity around 55-65%. Ensure the storage area is away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and strong odors.
Enjoyment Timeline: Crafted fresh without preservatives. Chocolates are best enjoyed within 6 months for optimal flavor and texture.
