Our Winter Collection was designed for slow evenings and comforting rituals, and many products can be enjoyed in different ways at home.

Our gluten-friendly brownie can also be enjoyed frozen straight from the freezer. The texture becomes more chewy and dense, sitting somewhere between chocolate fudge, frozen praline and ice cream, a surprisingly delicious way to enjoy it during winter. If you prefer it warm, gently heat the brownie and pour over a spoonful or two of hot chocolate for an almost molten chocolate pudding-style experience.

Our Hot Chocolate Bombs do not contain dairy ingredients, allowing you to enjoy them with your preferred milk choice, whether that’s full cream milk, oat milk, almond milk or another favourite alternative.

For an extra cosy treat, try warming the jumbo marshmallows in the microwave for around 10-15 seconds and sandwiching them between biscuits or cookies to create a quick homemade s’more.

Yes. We deliver our Winter Collection Australia-wide via express shipping, carefully packed with insulation and ice packs where required to help protect the chocolates during transit.

Yes. Our Winter Collection is seasonal and available only during the colder months, while stocks last. Some products and bundles may sell out earlier due to small batch production.

Some products within our Winter Collection are made without gluten-containing ingredients, including our gluten-friendly brownie. However, all products are made in a kitchen where gluten is used, and some couverture chocolates may contain traces of gluten from the manufacturer. For this reason, we describe these products as gluten-friendly rather than certified gluten-free.
