Storage Conditions: Keep the chocolates in a dry and cool place with temperatures between 15-18°C (59-64°F) and ideal humidity around 55-65%. Ensure the storage area is away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and strong odours.
Enjoyment Timeline: Chocolates are best enjoyed within 3-4 weeks of purchase for optimal flavour and texture.
Types of Chocolate:
- Dark Chocolate: Minimum cocoa mass 66%, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifiers (sunflower lecithin, soy lecithin), natural vanilla.
- Milk Chocolate: Minimum cocoa mass 39%, sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifiers (sunflower lecithin, soy lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring, salt.
- White Chocolate: Minimum coco36%, Sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, skim milk powder, cocoa beans, emulsifier (soy lecithin), flavouring.
- Ruby Chocolate: Minimum cocoa mass 48.8 % sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: Soy lecithin, citric acid, natural vanilla flavouring.)

- Fresh Cream and Butter (Milk): Used for ganache fillings and creamy textures.
