Made in our Sydney kitchen, this gold-finished chocolate bar was inspired by the flavours of Dubai.
Made with a smooth milk chocolate shell that’s layered with house-made pistachio praline and a light, gluten-friendly kadaif-style pastry that offers a gentle crunch.
Creamy, nutty and with a delicate crunch, this bar is a harmonious mix of textures and flavours.

Storage Conditions: Keep the chocolates in a dry and cool place with temperatures between 15-18°C (59-64°F) and ideal humidity around 55-65%. Ensure the storage area is away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and strong odours.
