Christmas pudding is layered with a spiced ganache made with milk and dark chocolate, Christmas spices of all spice, nutmeg and cinnamon, ganache is finished with an in house made blend of macerated fruit puree of orange peel, raisins and sultanas, an indulgent and rich best selling flavour.

• Ingredient: cacao mass, cacao butter, sugar, emulsifier (soy lecithin, sunflower lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring, fresh dairy, orange peel, sultana, raisin, mixed spices, brandy (50% alc./vol.)
