The newest Easter creation by Darlinghurst chocolate maker Jin Sun Kim is a milk or dark chocolate egg “splattered” with a fried egg made with either crystallised ginger, candied orange or caramelised coconut.

It joins a large collection of Kakawa’s unique Easter-themed chocolates, such as the “Egg on Toast”, which features a white chocolate fried egg on a toast triangle made from caramel marshmallow and caramelised milk chocolate.
